Cancer

CancerTraits: Loyal, sympathetic, nurturing, pessimistic, suspicious and insecure.

Your sensitivity can draw you into your imaginary crab shell, so good old-fashioned comfort food will inspire you to come out and face the world. In fact, there’s nothing like home cooking. Even if you’re not into making scrambled eggs, quiche and waffles for brunch, you love it when someone else does. Seafood is your frequent choice because it reminds you of the waters you came from, and you find it easy on your often-unsettled stomach. When you reveal your inner fierceness, you can expect extra fireworks, especially in July.

Eat this: Seafood nibbles and entrees, especially if it involves crab.

Not this: Limp vegetables, overcooked noodles and mushy foods.
