This 2-month-old American alligator is on its way to becoming part of the menagerie under the care of Courtney Johnson, of Perryopolis, whose father Joe was bringing it home for his ill daughter from the Pittsburgh Reptile Show & Sale at the Harmar House in Cheswick, January 15, 2017. Courtney currently has 9 snakes and the alligator will replace one which had grown too large for their house.
