For the 20 seniors on the 2016 Post-Gazette Fabulous 22, their college choices were like the spread offense. In other words, they were everywhere.

Among the 20 seniors, two signed with a college as far away as Colorado State — Beaver's Darius Wise and West Allegheny's Kieran Firment. Three players signed with Notre Dame — Central Catholic's David Adams and Kurt Hinish and North Allegheny's Josh Lugg.

Pitt and Penn State both landed two seniors on the Fabulous 22. Post-Gazette Player of the Year Lamont Wade of Clairton is a Penn State recruit.

Among the remaining players, two signed with Ivy League schools, one with Iowa, one with Michigan, one with Virginia and one with Cincinnati.
