This is the week when it becomes a little easier to track down some of those holy grail beers &#8212; you know, stuff like Founders&#8217; Kentucky Breakfast Stout, Goose Island&#8217;s Bourbon County Stout, Deschutes Abyss &#8212; when they show up at this week&#8217;s special events.<\/p>\n<p>Even better? We get the full\u00a0sense of exactly how good we have it here in western Pennsylvania. We have beers <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hopfarmbrewingco.com\/brews.htm\">brewed specifically for this week<\/a>. We have <a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/2015-collaboration-beers\/\">eight different collaboration beers<\/a>, all made by the talented brewmasters we have in the region, available all over town.<\/p>\n<p>Want some highlights? On Tuesday, you&#8217;ll probably find me at Carson Street Deli, which will host<a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/events-calendar\/events\/local-firkin-fest\/\" target=\"_blank\"> a mini firkin festival featuring Grist House and Hop Farm<\/a>. <a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/events-calendar\/events\/the-imperial-breakfast\/\" target=\"_blank\">Breakfast at Piper&#8217;s Pub on Wednesday<\/a> is an excellent idea, especially if you don&#8217;t need to be productive later in the day. Thursday? Yikes &#8212; <a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/events-calendar\/events\/tshirt-art-show\/\" target=\"_blank\">get to the<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/events-calendar\/events\/sliders-and-firkins-an-evening-with-lavery-brewing\/\" target=\"_blank\">South Side and<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/events-calendar\/events\/helltown-cask-takeover\/\" target=\"_blank\">plan on staying there<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, don&#8217;t miss the <a href=\"http:\/\/pittsburghcraftbeerweek.com\/events-calendar\/events\/the-brewers-olympics-with-grist-house-brewing-and-pgh-craft-beers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Brewers&#8217; Olympics at Grist House in Millvale<\/a> on the week&#8217;s final day. You&#8217;ll pay $15 for the privilege of laughing <del>at<\/del> with our favorite brewers, and money raised during the event will go to help out the folks at <a href=\"http:\/\/thebluecanoebrewery.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Blue Canoe Brewery\u00a0in Titusville<\/a> get back on their feet after <a href=\"http:\/\/www.meadvilletribune.com\/news\/local_news\/fire-leads-to-evacuation-in-downtown-titusville\/article_421aa9c8-cd7d-11e4-a0d5-8f7040644dab.html\" target=\"_blank\">last month&#8217;s fire<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Are you ready?
