For Pittsburgh and the PG, a new era

We've witnessed some pretty dramatic changes at the Post-Gazette the past few months. You've probably noticed them, too. The newspaper is now physically smaller and easier to handle. It contains much more color. Pictures are more vibrant, text and advertisements are easier to read.

We're now producing the newspaper at a new, state-of-the-art printing facility in Clinton. The transition from our building on the Boulevard of the Allies to Clinton shows in stark contrast the differences in old and new printing technology. It's a historic change, one that's been documented by our photographers and videographers.
