Pickle-Back Martini<\/h2>\n

PG tested<\/strong><\/p>\n

This dry martini oozes elegance, charm and good taste just like a Libra, who is looking for grown-up tastes this year and not something for the faint-hearted.<\/p>\n

\n

2 cups gin
\n1 teaspoon dry vermouth
\n4 tablespoons chilled dill pickle juice
\nA dash of hot sauce
\nIce
\n4 dill pickle spears<\/ingredients><\/p>\n

\n

Make in 2 batches.<\/p>\n

Combine half the gin, dry vermouth, pickle juice and hot sauce in a shaker filled with ice.<\/p>\n

Shake for 30 seconds and strain into 2 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with pickle spears.<\/p>\n

Repeat for second batch. Serve immediately.<\/p>\n
