At a press conference held soon after the report&#8217;s release, Pittsburgh Bishop David Zubik began with a prayer and an apology.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEver since I first met victims of clergy child sexual abuse in 1988, I have seen the immense pain that this crime causes to its victims, to their loved ones and to the heart of Jesus. Paone, to remain in ministry for years despite being made aware of the priest\u2019s long history of abuse.<\/p>\n<p>Since the release, a group of alumni from Cardinal Wuerl North Catholic High School in Cranberry <a href=\"http:\/\/www.post-gazette.com\/news\/education\/2018\/08\/16\/petition-remove-Cardinal-Wuerl-name-Cranberry-school-priest-abuse-grand-jury-report\/stories\/201808160101\">started an online petition<\/a> to remove Cardinal Wuerl&#8217;s name from the school.
