Family, friends and law enforcement gather to lay Pittsburgh police Officer Calvin Hall to rest Tuesday, July 23, 2019, during a funeral<\/a> at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hall and Museum in Oakland and burial at Homewood Cemetery in Point Breeze. Hall was off-duty when he was shot in the back during an argument in Homewood on Sunday, July 14. He died three days later at UPMC Presbyterian. Officer Hall, “one of the good ones,<\/a>” was known for his “upbeat personality.”<\/p>\n
