Not since 1979 have the Steelers gone 4-0, and that wasn’t the only history made at Sunday’s game versus the Philadelphia Eagles. Donning masks, forgoing (for most) tailgating, and keeping in socially distant “pods,” a select group of fans were allowed into an NFL game at Heinz Field for the first time this season. After Gov. Wolf increased COVID-19 related gathering limits, the Steelers released approximately 5,500 seats to season ticket holders. The stadium, which normally holds a capacity of 65,500, had plenty of space to spread out.
