It was the biggest hockey night we can remember in Pittsburgh. Thousands of fans jammed Washington Place, just outside Consol Energy Center, to watch Game 5 on a big screen. Others gathered around a second screen at Market Square. And the crowd at Consol was the largest in history, 18,680.<\/p>\n

Of course, we’re burying the lead. The big news: We lost to the Sharks, 4-2. The game was a wild one, and you’ll see that reflected in the videos and images below. We’ll all be watching on Sunday, when the two teams play Game 6 in San Jose.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
