The second visit to Pittsburgh of Joe Biden\u2019s presidency \u2014 this one to tout his administration\u2019s investment into the nation\u2019s crumbling infrastructure \u2014 came as the city continues to reel from one of its bridges collapsing Friday morning.<\/p>\n

Mr. Biden, a Scranton native, stopped the site of the bridge collapse in Frick Park shortly after landing at Allegheny County Airport in West Mifflin. The Hazelwood visit was planned earlier this week but took on a new importance after the bridge collapse.<\/p>\n
