The funeral for Pennsylvania State Police trooper Landon Weaver, 23, who was slain while on duty while responding to a domestic complaint Friday night in Huntingdon County in central Pennsylvania, was held at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, with burial at Fairview Cemetery in Martinsburg. The John K. Bolger Funeral Home is handling arrangements.<\/p>\n

Trooper Weaver joined the state police a year ago and was assigned to the Huntingdon station in June, the same month he got married.<\/p>\n
