He banked from side to side, trading high fives with the crowd lining his path into Point State Part as the National Association of Letter Carriers band serenaded him with the Pennsylvania Polka.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

The vice president marched the last 200 yards of the Labor Day Parade before \u201coffering a working-class appeal of Democratic partisans gathered in front of Point Park fountain.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI want to fight for you, \u201d said Gore. \u201cThat\u2019s why I\u2019m in this race. We\u2019re for the people; they\u2019re for the powerful.\u201d<\/p>\n
