2021 Fern Hollow inspection report
- Page 33 - Top photo CUTLINE: A photo taken in September 29, 2021, during the inspection of Fern Hollow Bridge shows a portion of the concrete underside of the deck that was "typical" throughout the bridge with chloride contamination of the concrete from winter salts, which is why inspectors wanted the city to add a "waterproof membrane" to the deck.
