2021 Fern Hollow inspection report
- Page 40 - Bottom photo CUTLINE: A photo taken in September 29, 2021, during the inspection of Fern Hollow Bridge show a 1 inch crack in Floorbeam 5 in the near face at the left girder, which inspectors wanted "arrested" by drilling holes near the end of the crack, to stop it from growing.
