2021 Fern Hollow inspection report
A photo taken in September 29, 2021, during the inspection of the Fern Hollow Bridge shows one of the fully clogged deck "scuppers" that are supposed to drain water from the bridge deck into a drain to pull it beneath and away from the superstructure.
