Barbershop window
Dominic Bofo, 26, of Brookline, gets some help from his 4-year-old son Nick as he removes old lettering from his barbershop windows on Monday, May 21, at Square One Styles in Westwood. Mr. Bofo says the joy of being a barber comes with "time spent with each individual client, the conversation, being a part of the community." Mr. Bofo will use his skills as a barber to serve the community this Father's Day when he visits a nursing home to provide free haircuts, something he plans to continue this summer with members of the homeless community.
