By Advocates for the legalization of medical marijuana gathered at the State Capitol building in Harrisburg as the House of Representatives debated Senate Bill 3, which would make marijuana legal for certain medical conditions. Heather Schuker of McCandless and other mothers of children with epilepsy have seen via social media the dramatic improvement of children in other states who have used medical marijuana and want the same opportunity without having to leave Pennsylvania.
