“I can’t ever get it around my head,” said Woodland Hills senior Ciara Turner, 17, of her twin brother’s death as she starts to take off her necklace reading his name while changing for the homecoming dance Saturday, Sept. 22, 2018, in Turtle Creek. During the Woodland Hills Junior/ Senior High School pep rally on Friday, Turner was crowned homecoming queen. “He was like, a real like jokester. He was super funny. Even like when we got in trouble or something, my mom would end up laughing too. So it was like, I dont know, I know he would be like super excited,” Ciara said as she recalled her thoughts after winning the crown. (Jessie Wardarski/Post-Gazette)
