Pittsburgh City Police investigate around a black vehicle that was involved in a road rage incident Friday, Oct. 2, 2020 in Pittsburgh. When police arrived on the scene they found two victims in the car– a male shot in face and a woman with a back injury and apparent graze wound. Both were transported in stable condition.
