Funeral services are planned today for a Canonsburg police officer who died while responding to a domestic violence call last week.
The funeral service for Officer Scott Bashioum, 52, of Washington, Pa., is expected to begin at noon at Church of the Covenant in Washington. A processional will follow the service, cutting through Canonsburg and leading to the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies in Cecil, where Officer Bashioum will be buried.
