Taylor Swift hits Pittsburgh

In case you haven’t heard, there was a concert Friday night in Pittsburgh.

Actually, there were probably a bunch of them. But over on the North Shore, at Acrisure Stadium, there was a stop for a tour that has gotten more attention than ever since The Beatles touched down at Shea Stadium.

Dating back to 2011, Taylor Swift has launched four stadium tours, but with a five-year gap between the last one, Reputation, the hysteria has been off the charts — and the lady and her fans (a sea of 72,000 dotted with pink) know all about charts.

By now, everyone knows that The Eras Tour covers the 10 albums/eras of her career, from her 2006 self-titled debut as a pop-country darling through her electropop and indie-pop phases to the 9-month-old “Midnights,” on which she continued to hit new levels of artistic maturity.
