Last week, I was on assignment as the Penguins were visiting Avalon Elementary School. Iceburgh was lifting kids out of their seats and carrying them to the front of an auditorium for a trivia game. Every person in the school was smiling as a giant stuffed bird plucked children at random and paraded them around. What a Pittsburgh moment, I thought, taking notice of my own ear-to-ear grin.
