Debri and mud, from a water main break lay across Baldwin Road, Tuesday, May 12, 2020, in the Hays neighborhood of Pittsburgh. Several basements were flooded along Calera Street. Jackie Peer said that her family of four have lived at their home for the past 7 years and police banged on her door at 5:30am and evacuated them from their home.
