Wilder Vieira celebrated his first birthday by joining mom Megan Sicheri in taking part in a “guided meditation and gentle movement” session at Open Up on Butler Street in Lawrenceville on Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022. The session was part of a weekly “mindful stroll” that begins at BikePGH’s offices at 3711 37th Street and ends at Open UP with guide movement. “We try to find the most accessible walk possible,” said Marissa Vogel, executive director of Open Up, an accessible studio for yoga, strength training and improvisational theater games.
