Melissa Tkach has been at the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette since the late 90s, full-time since March 4, 2000. She has worked as an agate clerk in the sports deptartment, on the web the first time publishing stories, then back to sports a second time as a copy editor/paginator from the fall of 2003 to the fall of 2006, then back to the web a second time as a homepage editor and publisher for eight months and then finally to multimedia producer of video and audio. Canonsburg residents focused their attention late this week on remembering Dalia Sabae, who was killed by her husband, and on trying to raise money for the family of the officer killed while trying to help her.
