The damaged 1974 Cessna 182 belonging to the Chestnut Ridge Flying Club sits at the Arnold Palmer Regional Airport near two mangled hangars, Wednesday, April, 8, 2020, near Latrobe in Westmoreland County. Rick Indovina, of Forest Hills and a member of the club for 20 years, said that two hangars and the plane was damaged by high winds at 3am wednesday morning.
